If you’re new to CrossFit and want an easy, economical way to learn the basics, then take advantage of our $199 CrossFit 404 Trial Experience. You’ll be placed into a 2-week beginners class and receive 2 privately coached sessions to get you feeling confident and safe navigating our group fitness classes.

NEW TO CROSSFIT

You can read all about CrossFit, but doing an introductory workout with us is the best way to see what it’s all about. There are a handful of class options that you can attend to try us out within the week.
